Also replaced the trap under the sink for $100 plus $36 for the parts.

We called Roto-Rooter in Holbrook and Bill the plumber came in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. He spent a significant amount of time cleaning the line and making sure that we would not have another backup any time soon. He was extremely personable, knowlegable and competent.

What a SCAM! The guy that came here to clear the line was fine. Now they have a technician who for FREE will take a picture of your line to see what the problem is. I had our main line replaced with the best pipe money can buy about 10 years ago and I watched them put it in and cover it with dirt. The company comes to the house, says Oh go wait in side I'll call you in 10 minutes. Then comes to the door lemme show you the problem. Proceeds to tell me that I have orangeburg piping (stuff they used to use years ago) and that its bubbling and needs to be replaced. I request a copy of the disc and he refuses and tells me it will cost me $180.00 or more to get a copy of it. Unbelievable!!! Then quotes us a price of $4,000.00 to replace the line. Appears that they probably showed me a disc from someone else's house and tried to pawn it off as mine. Should have known when he told me to go inside and he'll call me when he's ready for me. Buyer - BEWARE!!!!

Crazy expensive. $405 after a $40 coupon to unclog a kitchen sink drain with an auger.

Wish I just called a local plumber and waited a couple of days.

Bill the plumber came to my house in East Patchogue in under an hour and cleared a clog from our drain line. He came from the Holbrook, NY location. He was extremely efficient and good at his job. It was a big job but he got it done in under 2 hours and cleaned up after himself amazingly well. He offered advice about how to maintain a clear sewage line and replacing some old iron pipes that we have from the 1930's. I recommend this service highly.

Gave 2 stars because they did unclog the drain and came quick even though it wasn't urgent.

john2613 was here in under an hour and gave us a price equivalent to the service charge =20 to replace the toilet mechanism rather than pay about the same amount to reconnect the chain to a dissolving flapper that was 25 years old. ticket number 16475612

Would not use again unless it was an absolute emergency and they would charge you even more during an emergency.....so I just wouldn't use again.
